Front Office Professional

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests by anticipating their needs and responding promptly.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and handle credit card transactions securely.
  • Educate guests on hotel procedures and amenities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a bonus.
