Job Title: Front Office All Rounder

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office All Rounder to join our team at Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Accurately process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling all aspects of the front desk operation.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all needs are met.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Operate the telephone system, transferring calls and responding to internal and external requests.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of property management systems.
