Job Title: Front Office All Rounder

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office All Rounder to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Accurately process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guests are aware of hotel facilities and services.
  • Reception Duties: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring all requests and queries are addressed promptly.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and company accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Telephone Operations: Manage incoming calls, transferring them to relevant team members to ensure efficient resolution of guest queries.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
