Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of equipment and resources at a customer site.

This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

  • Manage customer expectations and consistently deliver outstanding service
  • Oversee daily activities to meet business objectives and ensure timely service delivery
  • Manage service job costs, including labor and resource allocation
  • Monitor and manage work in progress to ensure project milestones are met
  • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Adhere to OHS, Quality, and Environmental policies, both for our customers
  • Complete KPI-related tasks and provide regular reporting on performance

Key Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience
  • Mechanical trade qualifications or equivalent
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Extensive experience in maintaining surface/underground mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairs
  • Experience in both preventative and breakdown maintenance
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach
  • High level of computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
