Parent Program Manager

Workskil Australia Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Parent Pathways Program. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact in the lives of parents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Parent Mentors, Senior Parent Mentors, and Parent Engagement Coordinators to deliver high-quality services to parents and their families.
- Develop and implement program strategies to address the needs of parents and their families, including providing support with building skills and gaining qualifications.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality events, networking opportunities, and activities that attract eligible parents to the service.
- Coordinate place-based activities, sessions, and guest speakers that are attractive and requested by parents.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant community organizations and stakeholders.
- Practice an empathetic approach towards parents and their circumstances to build trusted relationships and achieve positive outcomes.
- Minimum Bachelor level qualification in a relevant field such as Social Work, Community Services, Employment Services, Education, or Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Proven experience in leading a team and managing programs in a community or social services setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Labour Market knowledge and ability to read, interpret, and apply corporate and operational policy and procedure.
