Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the grocery department to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and team member engagement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
