Client Relationship Specialist

Job Description

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client engagement and supporting strategic growth. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communications and supporting internal operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, sales support, or similar administrative roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

You will work closely with the Client Relationship Manager to streamline sales processes and deliver exceptional service to clients. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Triage enquiries to relevant team members and provide clients with relevant product details and resources.
  • Maintain accurate and current client records in our CRM system.
  • Provide administrative and sales support by scheduling meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and conducting market research and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data management.
