Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supervisor to lead our food and beverage team in providing exceptional guest experiences during morning service periods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and assisting with the setup, service, and breakdown of events across multiple function rooms and event spaces.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can utilize your leadership and team management skills to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist with event setup, service, and breakdown
  • Lead and mentor the F&B team to ensure smooth operations and consistent high-quality service
  • Welcome guests warmly to our food and beverage outlets
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu and communicate effectively to guests and the team
  • Oversee customer accounts and prepare beverages as required

Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Barista qualification and experience in preparing various coffee beverages
  • Current working rights in Australia
  • Proven experience in supervising food and beverage operations, particularly in conferencing and events
