About the Role

The Quality Assurance Advisor will provide QA services in the In-Service Support Business Unit in Cairns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits and report on compliance to quality policies and procedures.
  • Document quality issues and performance measures for management review.
  • Develop corrective actions from root cause analysis activities.
  • Maintain and deploy Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
  • Assist with implementation of Non-Conformance trend analysis and develop QA Alerts as required.
  • Support Business Unit Managers by undertaking quality investigations upon request.

Requirements

  • Diploma or recognised equivalency certification in Quality Assurance, Lean Management, Engineering or Project Management.
  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing, supply chain or project management environment.
  • Well-developed planning and organisational skills.
  • Well-developed level of communication skills in both written and spoken format.
