Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. This temporary role will play a critical part in ensuring consistency and excellence in our customer service, decision making, and quality management processes.

In this position, you will contribute to the development and refinement of our QA approach, manage data quality and consistency, and provide coaching and guidance to leaders and team members. You will also facilitate data checking, identify trends and patterns, and assist with stakeholder surveys and analysis.

  • Develop and refine QA approach to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service and decision making.
  • Manage data quality and consistency, integrating customer satisfaction and feedback into business improvement strategies.

  • Facilitate data checking and exception reporting to ensure data integrity, identifying trends and patterns that inform professional development.
  • Assist with stakeholder surveys, analysis, and communication of results, reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
About the Role

This is a temporary opportunity within our Customer Resolution and Engagement team. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team, reporting to the Manager - Customer and Community.
