The role of Business Support Officer requires a highly organized and results-focused individual to maintain accurate financial records, lead budget reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of agendas, minutes, and reports
  • Manage contracts for outsourced services
  • Oversee business support functions such as donor record management and the preparation of grant and funding proposals and acquittals

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification with some demonstrated experience in Office Management, Financial Management, and/or accounting procedures and practices or lesser formal qualification with relevant experience and skills.

A high level of financial acumen and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are required for this role.
