- Support the annual HR cycle, including salary reviews, performance management, and talent calibration.
- Provide actionable insights from employee engagement data to inform leadership decisions.
- Coach managers on fostering trust and engagement within their teams.
- Partner with business leaders to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
- Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees as needed.
- Offer expert HR advice, coaching, and support across various matters.
- Lead the implementation of Reflect Reconciliation Action Plans.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in human resources with a proven generalist track record.
- Passion for work in HR and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with Workday experience advantageous.
