Job Overview

The Strategic Human Resources Partner will support the delivery of people and culture programs to drive business results.

This role involves partnering with leaders to execute the organization's strategy through its people, leveraging data insights to inform actionable workforce plans, designing and implementing organizational design changes, and providing leadership support and coaching.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' experience as a HR Business Partner or in a generalist role, with expertise in recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, remuneration and rewards, and policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform workforce planning and talent management decisions
  • Design and deliver training programs to build leader capability and enhance organizational performance
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational design and change management initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success as a HR Business Partner or in a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels
