About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our UGG team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage the ideation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
  • Provide creative guidance and direction for all content produced internally
  • Ensure compliance and quality control of creative material to all brand elements
  • Execute on the agreed global GTM strategy across digital and retail channels
  • Work closely with our external influencer agency on our always-on organic seeding program
  • Co-op campaign coordination and development with external wholesale partners
  • Provide marketing support for wholesale and retail partners
Requirements
  • 5+ years in a marketing or marketing-related role
  • Exposure in a previous global brand marketing position strongly considered
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or marketing-related a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals & photography
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Understanding of all different design output requirements across digital and print
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint application
  • A positive can-do attitude, hands-on and responsive approach
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Project management experience highly regarded
  • Marketing, business degree/diploma preferable
