Project Coordinator - Utilities
About the Role:
A leading civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to play a key role in the delivery of utility works.
This position involves coordinating and delivering critical utility projects, including design, relocation, and installation of water, sewer, stormwater, gas, power, and telecommunications infrastructure.
Liaise with service authorities to manage design approvals and relocations.
Manage subcontractors, field crews, and utility interfaces onsite.
Oversee productivity tracking, reporting, and program alignment.
Assist in preparing site forecasts, cost control, variations, and claims.
Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Ensure all work aligns with HSEQ and environmental standards.
The successful candidate will have strong utilities delivery experience on civil infrastructure projects and knowledge of authority approval processes and service coordination.
