Site Engineer Role

A key member of our project delivery team is required to join our Sydney-based office. As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of infrastructure projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer or related discipline graduate with previous experience in civil infrastructure (roads, rail, drainage, utilities or structures) to develop their skills and knowledge further.

  • Ensure that site activities are planned, coordinated and monitored in accordance with program, quality and safety standards;
  • Work closely with Project Engineers, Supervisors and site crews to support the delivery of projects;
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials and site resources effectively;
  • Maintain a proactive and safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail;
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants and clients;
  • Utilize construction programs, QA processes and reporting tools as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline;
  • Previous experience in civil infrastructure (roads, rail, drainage, utilities or structures);
  • Strong organisational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proactive and flexible attitude towards changing priorities and deadlines.
