Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to oversee the coordination of multiple highway/roadway projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • This individual will be responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity.
  • The ideal candidate will establish and maintain client relations with various agencies.

  • Establish and maintain client relations with various agencies.
  • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate staffing and workload through the entire project life cycle, ensuring completion of deliverables on schedule.
  • Track financial aspects of projects, coordinating and adjusting work effort to meet agreed-upon parameters.
  • Implement QA/QC procedures and perform QC Reviews on highway/roadway projects not managed by this individual.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 10 years related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • MS Office and MS Project experience; Access experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
