Senior Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead our engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, and leadership. They will be responsible for directing and coordinating the work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the work of single or multidiscipline teams.
  • Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity.
  • Produce and coordinate several highway/roadway projects concurrently.
  • Establish and maintain client relations with various agencies.
  • Familiar with highway design standards from relevant agencies.
  • Involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
  • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development.
  • Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle.
  • Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate work effort with team to ensure completion of deliverables on schedule.
  • Implement QA/QC procedures and perform QC Reviews on highway/roadway projects.
  • Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 10 years related experience.
  • A minimum 5 years project management experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • MS Office and MS Project experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
