
Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Contract Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Manager in the management of a territory-wide defence contract.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all commercial activities are conducted efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting contract change proposals (CCPs), ensuring all changes are accurately documented, justified, and approved in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and organizing all contract-related documentation, including amendments, correspondence, and records of negotiations.
- Ensuring that all contract terms and conditions are adhered to and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in tracking contract-related financials, including budgets, expenditures, and invoicing.
- Preparing regular reports on contract performance and highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Identifying potential risks related to contract execution and proposing mitigation strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of [X] years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a similar industry, is required.
Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
