Defence Operations Manager

Overview:

We seek experienced leaders to oversee and manage operations of a defined region or base. As key team members, you will support our Defence division contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring adherence to targets.
  • Ensure safety protocols are adhered to, fostering a culture of safety across all operations.
  • Coordinate and manage incident response, ensuring effective resolution and post-incident analysis.
  • Provide leadership and support in people matters, ensuring staff development and addressing issues promptly.
Requirements

  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and financial performance monitoring.
