We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, roster, and supervise staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely orders.
  • Oversee food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Implement cost control measures to maximise efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and grow the business.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a cafe or restaurant management role (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational targets.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, WHS, and food safety compliance.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
