Job Summary

This position offers an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in asset management, delivering high-quality services for public and government employee housing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Housing Asset Management: Manage and maintain residential properties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining cultural sensitivity in communication with community stakeholders and tenants.
  • Contract and Program Management: Provide contract and program management to agreed scope of works and conduct pre-hand-over inspections on housing assets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Property Coordinator to ensure effective delivery of urban and remote housing services.
Requirements:
  • A sound understanding of legislation, standards, and codes associated with construction, maintenance, and management of residential properties.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • The ability to communicate sensitively and credibly with Aboriginal tenants, clients, and stakeholders.
