ANZ Enterprise Software Sales Director

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our ANZ team as a National Sales Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and success in the public sector segments across State Government, Local Government, Education, and Healthcare.
This is a leadership position that requires creating a common vision for the team and leading them towards high growth and success. The ideal candidate should have experience managing sales teams in enterprise software platform organizations and a proven track record in FedGov + SLEDH sectors.
The successful candidate will be expected to create an inclusive work environment, lead by example, and promote behaviors aligned with CyberArk's culture and values. They should also be able to apply a data-driven approach towards business planning, territory management, and opportunity management.
- Lead a team of experienced account executives to work on an existing and growing portfolio across the ANZ region.
- Develop and refine the FedGov + SLEDH sectors sales strategy nationally while working with ANZ AVP.
- Execute effective planning to deliver maximum revenue through strategic partnering with all relevant pre- and post-sales functions.
