Job Title: Guest Experience Manager + Sales Support

"Ultimate customer experience delivery and sales support role in a luxury travel company, requiring strong customer service, administrative and sales skills."

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from pre-travel to post-journey
- Create contracts and administrative documentation for guests
- Invoicing, reconciling payments, and other basic accounting duties
- Managing and updating the guest database with accurate information
- Supporting the Travel Concierge (Sales) team, including inbound sales enquiries
- Proficient in using multiple software programs such as Google Workspace, Xero, Active Campaign, Stripe, and other online tools
- General business administration tasks

Requirements:

- 3 years of customer service experience (highly preferred)
- 2 years of sales experience (highly preferred)
- High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the wider team
- Capability to develop new systems and processes within a business
- Proficiency in core software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace), being tech-savvy and adaptable to new software
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience would be highly regarded, as would soft sales experience or luxury services/products experience
