Are you a driven professional with exceptional leadership skills?
As Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office division, including Reception, Concierge, Driveway, Guest Relations, Club Lounge & Housekeeping.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxury hotel environment and take advantage of our ALL Heartist card benefits and global discounts for Accor hotels.
- Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of front office staff
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and upselling initiatives
Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting plans to ensure financial stability
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Leadership Skills:
Minimum five years experience in a leadership role in a luxury hotel
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Guest Service:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
