The OpportunityWe urgently require experienced Chefs for potential ongoing opportunities throughout Northern Territory. This is an Expression of Interest Advert to join our regular pool of workers. Our candidates are given consistent roster - you choose your own roster.
Key Responsibilities- Bulk cooking in a professional high-volume, buffet-style service kitchen.
- Maintaining and following Food and Safety protocols in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef, highly desirable.
- Ability to work away from home for 2 weeks at a time.
- Chef Trade Certificate (Minimum of Cert III in Commercial Cookery or trade certificate).
- Clear National Police Clearance (Within 6 months).
- Right to Work in Australia.
- Pass Full Pre-employment Medical + Drug & Alcohol Screen.
- COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- White Card (desirable).
- Potential ongoing roster with multiple clients.
- Weekly Pay & competitive rates.
- Opportunity to work for and be inducted with Australia's biggest Hospitality & Catering and Mining Companies.
- Chance to upskill and move into ongoing or permanent rostered work for the right candidate.
