Relationship Manager Position

As a Relationship Manager, you will be part of a collaborative team that shares a passion for quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to retain existing clients.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular interactions and marketing activities.
  • Quality Strategic Account Plans: Ensure quality strategic account plans are in place for all key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Relationship Management Experience: Proven track record of building trusted customer relationships.
  • B2B Sales Success: Successful sales experience in B2B environments, including proposal development and presentations.
  • Financial Analysis and Acumen: Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning, scheduling, and determining project goals and requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Pursued and applied knowledge of our products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or formal accounting qualification.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
