Customer Service and Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Sales Professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with the National Sales Manager
  • Answering inbound telephone calls for sales and technical support
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Using strategic planning to develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, offering customized solutions

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with experience in the hydraulics industry being desirable. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and be willing to take on new challenges.
