We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with business customers, selling solutions to prospects and customers, and identifying new business leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage phone interactions with business customers
- Sell consultatively and promote solutions to prospects and customers
- Identify new business leads and communicate opportunities to the sales team
- Develop qualified leads through referrals, conversations, and networking
- Resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Liaise with other departments for efficient issue resolution
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service roles
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to meet contractual obligations
- Excellent customer service and telesales skills, with 2+ years of experience
- Demonstrated B2B sales development skills and ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate computer and system skills, with complaint handling experience
