Corporate Tax Expertise

We're seeking a skilled Corporate Tax professional to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a central role in delivering taxation services to corporate clients, providing advice on complex tax matters and ensuring compliance with regulations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple projects and clients, collaborating with our global tax network. You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering taxation services to allocated corporate clients, including income tax compliance and preparation of tax returns and calculations
  • Providing advice on corporate tax matters, including M&A, consolidations, restructures, financing, and assisting clients to meet their corporate tax obligations
  • Collaborating with specialist teams to bring expertise to corporate clients, including international tax and transfer pricing, tax controversy, and transactions
  • Supervising junior team members, fostering their learning and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, collaboration, and celebrates successes

Skill and Attributes for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Australian corporate income tax experience, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm or mid-tier accounting firm
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the confidence to contribute to client meetings and build a network
  • The ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct, well-informed recommendations to clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex engagements
  • Excellent teamwork and attention to detail
  • Proven record of training and delegating to junior staff
  • Completed or completing CA qualifications or equivalent
