Job Opportunity

A leading chartered accounting and advisory firm seeks a senior tax professional to provide expert tax and accounting services.

About the Role

You will work with private businesses and high net worth individuals, providing trusted advisor services for accounting and tax compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements using Xero; demonstrate strong accounting skills and thorough understanding of tax concepts.
  • Control and run assigned engagements; ensure successful completion of concurrent assignments using technical competence and available resources.
  • Provide overall client engagement including accounting and tax compliance services for a portfolio of private family and business clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role; ideally within a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm.
  • Relevant degree and CA or CPA qualification; or working towards.
  • Strong investigative, problem-solving and analytical skills; proven private tax and accounting experience with relevant technical knowledge.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills; demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail.
