Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of tenders, proposals, and bids. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil contracting or construction industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of tenders, EOIs, and proposals
  • Liaise with Engineers, Estimators, and Senior managers to gather project information
  • Craft clear, persuasive bid documents that meet client requirements and showcase capabilities
  • Maintain bid templates, registers, and supporting documentation
  • Monitor tender portals and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
Requirements:
  • Experience in bids/tenders, proposals, or document coordination (civil contracting or construction industry experience highly desirable)
  • Excellent written skills with a knack for turning technical detail into compelling content
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple submissions at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign or similar tools
  • Strong communicator and team player with a proactive, bubbly, can-do approach
