Candidates are sought to provide primary interface with Finished Vehicle Field Sales customers and other account customers in Victoria. The role involves maintaining customer relationships and growing revenue through effective communication and strategic planning.

About the Role

As a Key Account Coordinator, you will support production and dissemination of contract KPIs and performance reports to key stakeholders. You will work closely with vehicle logistics operations teams to ensure optimized communication and on-time-delivery targets are met.

  • Coordinate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc customer meetings, taking and distributing minutes and coordinating action items as required.
  • Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis of data to support insights and decision making.

You will also assist customers with enquiries and vehicle tracking. Strong problem solving capability, commercial acumen and numeracy skills are essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service and Administration experience is necessary for this role.
  • Previous experience in an Account Coordination role is highly desirable.
  • Good written and verbal communication, customer service / management, and influencing / negotiation skills are essential.
