Business Development Representative

About the RoleAs a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with the marketing team to execute lead generation programs and leverage the company's reputation to establish a strong foothold in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

As a Business Development Representative at Varna Packaging, you'll enjoy a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $80K-$100K, plus superannuation, car allowance, and an incentive plan that can add up to $25K-$30K. You'll also have the opportunity to travel to Sri Lanka for a comprehensive induction and to meet the leadership team.
Requirements- 3+ years' experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
