The successful candidate will support the finance operations at our Tumut plant in regional NSW, focusing on reporting and processing requirements, management of incoming invoices and queries, and scope to grow into broader accounting responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forestry Processing & Payment Co-ordination
  • Chemical Receipt Processing & Payment Management
  • Review and reconciliation of vendor statements
  • Vendor Setup Management
  • Daily Reporting (R&M & MRP)
  • Site accounts queries

Office Administration:

  • Site grocery Ordering
  • Stationery Ordering
  • PPE stocks for customers, visitors, etc
  • Incoming & outgoing mail management
  • General phone queries
