Expert Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled financial expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to deliver timely and accurate financial forecasts.

The successful applicant will play a key role in analyzing and controlling key cost lines, particularly Prime Materials and Repairs & Maintenance (R&M). They will work closely with operational leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver monthly financial forecasts and reports on time
• Analyze variances in Prime Materials and R&M costs
• Develop and enhance forecasting models and dashboards using Qlik
• Manage Capital Work in Progress (CWIP) and support capital expenditure processes
• Oversee financial aspects of Major Shutdown events
• Contribute to the annual budget process and integrate key cost data

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Accountancy or Commerce
• CA or CPA qualified
• 3–5 years' experience in financial or management accounting, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle Hyperion or SAP
