Becoming a Key Player in Our Back of House Operations
About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to fill the position of Kitchen Supervisor. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring effective and efficient back of house operations.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen presentation and cleanliness.
- Lead by example, mentoring Team Members in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Train and develop Team Members to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
This role requires exceptional presentation, communication, time management, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have proven experience in fast-paced kitchens, particularly within high volume operations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all operating procedures are followed, including opening and closing routines.
- Represent the company's values: Authentic, Genuine Hospitality, Integrity, and Passionate.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high standard of food preparation and productivity.
- Proven experience in engaging, leading, and motivating a large team is highly desirable.
- Exceptional ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
