Customer Service Role

As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in managing export customer interactions.

You will be responsible for coordinating stock availability, processing sales orders, and monitoring open orders. This requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Manage the export mailbox and assist the export sales agent with preparing quotations, open orders, inventory, sales reports, and coordinating stock availability.
  • Process sales orders once stock availability and shipping requirements have been confirmed.
  • Monitor and manage open orders.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Interact with internal and external customers via email and phone, providing information and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, logistic providers, and 3pl warehouses.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare is preferred.
  • SAP experience is essential.
  • Salesforce or other CRM systems experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • A flexible team player with a positive attitude is ideal.
