Job Title: Customer Service Liaison Specialist
Job DescriptionThis role is a critical component of our organization's customer service strategy, providing support to the legal profession and the public. As a Customer Service Liaison Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for incoming phone and email inquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone and email inquiries.
- Assist solicitors with online lodgement to renew a license.
- Perform basic maintenance of database records and data entry.
- Prepare documents for a team of lawyers regarding applications for Certificates of Fitness.
- Conduct general office duties including opening and sorting mail, sending out mail-outs, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Provide backup support to other staff members as directed by the Manager or Director.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a legal or regulatory environment. They will also possess excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with email, internet, and database applications. Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills are essential.
Required Skills and QualificationsThis role requires the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to plan and organize themselves to ensure timely completion of tasks. A commitment to high-quality customer service and a strong understanding of policies and regulations are also essential.
