Job Title:

Content Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the program, you will play a coordinating role and be responsible for hands-on delivery of communication products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create content that engages and informs stakeholders across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with product, engagement, and change leads on program communications.
  • Plan and execute internal/external engagement activities to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the program's goals.
  • Coordinate with change and comms teams to ensure consistency across the RC Program.
  • Support RC teams in raising stakeholder awareness and understanding.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

Requirements:

Skill Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Communications or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in content creation, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Broad experience in communications across internal/external channels (email, web, digital, social).
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
