Financial Content Specialist

ASIC is seeking a skilled Financial Content Specialist to join their Consumer Campaigns Content Team. This role involves transforming complex financial topics into engaging and impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver user-centred content across multiple formats, including web, video, infographics, podcasts, and campaigns.
  • Distil superannuation and retirement topics into clear and accessible consumer content.
  • Design and implement integrated communications strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Analyse content performance using research, data, and analytics to inform decisions and optimise impact.
  • Provide expert communications advice to stakeholders and support approval processes for content delivery.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in large-scale marketing, brand, or transformation programs within the financial services or superannuation industry.
  • Strong expertise in content design and UX writing principles, advanced creative writing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience producing content across diverse formats, including content modelling, analysis, and A/B testing.
