Job OverviewThis role focuses on managing the day-to-day movement of freight, providing insights to stakeholders, reviewing movements, resolving enquiries and building strong relationships with customers and transport providers.
Key Responsibilities- Support and manage the day-to-day movement of freight within a designated portfolio
- Provide insights into customer freight movements and potential issues to support a best-in-class logistics experience
- Review and report on daily freight movements to identify areas for improvement
- Resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Evaluate and escalate priority issues relating to all aspects of accounts
- Build long-term relationships with account holders across various industries and transport providers
- Tertiary qualification or 2+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities
- Sound computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Resilience, energy and ability to work at pace and under pressure
- A high level of motivation and energy, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer results
