Freight Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee day-to-day freight handling and warehouse operations.

The Role
  • Schedule and coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in workflow management and scheduling.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics management.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the loading & unloading of large volumes of cargo.
  • Oversee forklift operations and maintain adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with OH&S requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in freight coordination, warehouse, or logistics operations.
  • Current LF Forklift License (essential).
  • Australian Driver's License & own transport (current).
  • ASIC card (preferred).
