  • Operational management of the CSSD Department within Perioperative Services
  • Advocacy for Quality Management System and promoting a safe work environment
  • Supporting team members to achieve streamlined operational management
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices in the CSSD specialty
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • 4-5 years' experience in a senior role within a CSSD environment
  • Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation from an accredited provider
  • Australian Work Rights
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards ACHS/AS/NZ 4187 and HICMR
  • Leadership ability and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office and databases
  • An interest in promoting best practice patient care and professional development
