Prince of Wales Private Hospital is seeking suitably skilled applicants to join our CSSD Team on a full-time basis as a CSSD Manager.

As CSSD Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Attending to the operational management of the CSSD Department within Perioperative Services
  • Acting as an advocate for our Quality Management System and promoting a safe work environment
  • Supporting your team to achieve streamlined operational management
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices in the CSSD specialty

Minimum requirements include:

  • 4-5 years' experience in a senior role within a CSSD environment
  • Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation from an accredited provider
  • Australian Work Rights
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards ACHS/AS/NZ 4187 and HICMR
  • Leadership ability and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office and databases
  • An interest in promoting best practice patient care and professional development
