You will be part of a dynamic team that strives to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your role will involve guiding a unified team to achieve flawless food and beverage operations while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example during busy service hours, setting the pace and ensuring exceptional results
  • Collaborate with your team to spark motivation and attain exceptional results together
  • Contribute to creating schedules, nurturing team growth, and harmonising departmental efforts
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where every moment becomes a memory and every experience a story
  • Transform obstacles into opportunities, guiding your team to attain service excellence

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality and the food sector
  • Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity across diverse food & beverage settings and flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
  • Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
  • Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
