Front Office Hospitality Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hotel environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests. Your role will involve handling guest requests, maintaining accurate accounts, and adhering to security procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Maintain accurate guest and hotel accounts, ensuring timely posting of charges.
- Adhere to strict security procedures for credit and cash transactions, accounting, room key issuance, and guest confidentiality/privacy.
Requirements:
- Previous front office reception experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Professional telephone manner and outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
