About the Role:

As an Elite Hospitality Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to our discerning guests by responding promptly to their inquiries and offering expert advice as needed.

Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression of our guests, and you will be expected to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Welcome guests on arrival and assist them during their stay, dealing efficiently with any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Ensure that all guest amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards
  • Stay up-to-date with all hotel services, VIP requests, and special events
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of local attractions and landmarks
  • Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and customer service
  • Comply with Hotel security regulations, fire protocols, and all health and safety legislation
  • Execute tasks as instructed by the Front Office Manager
  • Exceed expectations to ensure guests are treated with exceptional hospitality
  • Perform duties in an environmentally responsible manner
  • Process accurate check-ins and check-outs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in high-end food and beverage service in a hotel, leisure, or retail environment
  • Calm, efficient, and organized demeanor
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service

Desirable Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Lounge in a hotel setting
  • Multi-lingual capabilities
