Support Worker for Children Affected by Family Violence

About this role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver evidence-based counselling and group work for children and young people impacted by family violence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counselling and group programs for children, young people, and parents.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold duty of care at all times.
- Participate in program meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure clinical and administrative practices meet program standards and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Psychology.
- Extensive experience supporting children, young people, and families impacted by family violence and trauma.
- Knowledge and practice in TF-CBT, or a strong willingness to be trained in this approach.
- Commitment to child safety, with a client-centred and family-focused practice.
