About the Role:
The APS3 Participant Support Officer is responsible for providing front line reception duties and operational administration support for the Ipswich branch. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing counter/reception support for the local office, including participant enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
  • Managing the team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries.
  • Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
  • Preparing, editing, and distributing correspondence and reports.
  • Undertaking a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow up is completed.
  • Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback in the system.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated success providing high level front of house and clerical support in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Confident in the resolution of conflict and complaints.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
